This recognition of Daikin as the number one brand in the market reinforces the position of Mep Ar Condicionado as a reference in the installation and supply of innovative air conditioning solutions.
In the 13th edition of the Award, which evaluated over 2,000 brands in 208 categories, Daikin Portugal won in the “Air Conditioning” category, standing out in the Price/Quality criterion.
The top ten attributes of Daikin most valued by consumers in this category were: Energy Efficiency, Ease of maintenance and cleaning, Silent Mode, Application, Air Flow Comfort, and Noise Level. In addition to these attributes, consumers also highlighted Remote Error and Fault Monitoring, Air Filtration System, and Availability of Spare Parts.
The awards, organised by ConsumerChoice – Consumer Satisfaction Assessment Centre, have been held for over ten years, and in this latest edition, fourteen brands in the "Air Conditioning" sector were evaluated.
The “Consumer Choice” award is a brand evaluation and classification system based on consumer satisfaction and acceptance, aiming to determine the level of satisfaction and acceptance regarding a product or service, helping consumers make informed purchasing decisions.
