Shipping policy

The order will be delivered on the day of installation, as per the date agreed upon between the customer and us before the purchase is finalized.

The installation of air conditioning equipment must be carried out by a certified company, as stipulated in the Decree-Law No. 145/2017. All equipment available in our online store is intended solely for assembly by our team. We do not supply equipment for third-party installation.
