Refund policy

Under the applicable legal terms, all items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that comply with the return conditions set out below will be accepted for refund.

The consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the goods or the day on which he acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to proceed the return of your order, and without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24/2014, of February 14th.

You can do so as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up. You can do it in the following way:

Note: Never send the item to Mep Ar Condicionado without prior contact with the Support Line ( 964 365 910 ).

The return conditions are as follows:

- Articles without signs of misuse;

- Return of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition;

Return Period: Up to the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery.

In the case of reimbursement of Paypal payments, the respective paypal fee will be deducted.

If the customer wishes to be reimbursed, we inform you that:

• The refund will be made by bank transfer.
• Shipping costs to our facilities are at the Customer's expense.
• The refund will only be processed after the detailed verification of the returned products.
