MEP Company respects and protects your privacy. Below we provide important information about how we process the General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all activities permitted in the online store available at www.meparconditioning.pt.
These General Terms and Conditions are binding on all users. We ask that you read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these General Terms and Conditions or if you completely disagree with them, you must not use our Website or our services. The General Terms and Conditions represent a valid contract entered into between you and the Company.
The Website owner will exercise due diligence to make sure that the data presented on the Website is detailed and up to date. At the same time, the website owner also reserves the right to change the content of the website or stop supplementing it at any time, without any prior notice. Additionally, the website owner may also change the services, products, prices or programs described on this website at any time and without any notice.

USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
The Company operates the online store in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The online store is available to buyers at any time, and the Company reserves the right to temporarily disable or suspend the online store without prior notice.
It is possible that the online store is temporarily unavailable or that it is temporarily not possible to execute payments due to maintenance or updating of the online store. The Company will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during the maintenance and/or updating of the online store.

PLACE ORDERS IN THE ONLINE STORE
The sales contract concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms the order (the Buyer receives a status confirmation email «Order confirmed»). From that moment on, the prices and all other conditions of the purchase are fixed and applicable to both the Supplier and the Buyer. The sales contract is uploaded to the Company's server in Electronic format.
Purchase procedure:
- Step: in the offer available in the online store, the Buyer selects the desired item and quantity and confirms his choice by clicking on "Add to cart". If the buyer intends to buy several different items, the process must be repeated for each individual item. When the Buyer completes the article selection process, he can continue with the purchase process by clicking on the «Checkout» button.
- Step: In this step, the Buyer fills in the form with the personal data necessary for the delivery of the order placed. After completing the form, the Buyer can, in certain cases, choose between several possible delivery options and add other products or services to his order. In this step, the Buyer is also informed of the estimated delivery date. Before finalizing the order, the Buyer has the option to choose between several different payment methods. Considering the selected choice, the final amount to be paid is calculated again before finalizing the purchase. The Buyer confirms the purchase process by clicking on the "Complete purchase" button.
- After completing the purchase, the Website shows a confirmation message to the Buyer where it is indicated that the order has been successfully submitted and which presents the details of the submitted order. Additionally, the Buyer also receives a confirmation email to the email address indicated in Point 2, which email contains a general description of the order, instructions for using the products ordered and instructions for picking up the order. or filing claims if the Buyer is not satisfied with the product or no longer wants it.
All information you provide to us when submitting your order will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published here.
We inform you that the total purchase price, including delivery or other costs applicable to the purchase, will be charged upon confirmation of your order. We will inform you of any additional costs before submitting your order. Any additional costs may be related to the selected payment method.

PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS AND PROMOTIONS
Prices
All prices indicated on the Website are in EUR and include VAT. Prices apply from the moment the order is placed. Offer is applicable until cancelled.
Payment methods
You can use the following payment methods in our online store:
- Payment by MB Way;
- Payment by Bank Transfer: The customer must make a bank transfer using the data presented when selecting the same payment method.
- Payment by Multibanco: By selecting this payment method, you will have 48 hours after order confirmation to proceed with payment. You will find all the necessary information at an ATM, or on the internet through your bank's home banking services. In any case, just select, when making the payment, “PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES”, followed by “SERVICES”.
- Credit card payment;
- Payment with PayPal.
The Company reserves the right to verify the selected payment method through means of authentication. Additionally, we also reserve the right to examine the selected payment method in more detail, asking you to send us proof of payment.
You have been informed of the fact that you must pay the entire amount of the order (including any transaction and delivery costs) according to the selected payment method. You warrant that you have the ability and right to transact with a credit card or any other selected payment method.
Promotions
The Website also offers discounts and other promotions that reduce product prices (hereinafter "promotions"). In each promotion, a reduced price is offered during a certain (limited) period, defined for each promotion individually. The reduced price applies to all purchases made during the promotion.
We inform you that some promotions are only aimed at new users, who have not yet made purchases in our online store. In this case, such promotion does not apply to existing Users. Any attempt to use these types of promotions will be immediately blocked and the email addresses used for such misuse will be deleted without notice. Discounts and other promotions are generally not cumulative unless each individual promotion explicitly specifies otherwise.

COSTS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Shipping service costs are at our expense, unless otherwise stated.
The products you ordered will be delivered to the address you entered on our website as the delivery address.
Important note: Your order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment. If a false or fraudulent order is detected, it can be canceled without prior notice.
Returns for transport damage : All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the product's packaging, you must report it to our customer service line (964 365 910), at the time of delivery, also making reference to this damage on the delivery document.
The Company reserves the right to extend the delivery period in the event of increased demand or delays in the delivery service.
Safety alerts on the use of all products
The use of products from our online store may pose a certain risk to life and physical integrity. You must explicitly confirm that you understand that the use of such products poses these risks and fully accept them. By ordering and/or using such products, you confirm that you are aware of such risks, which may include the risk of illness, injury, disability or death. You must assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from ordering and/or using the products.
Before using any of the products, you must read the respective instructions for use.
The company assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damage incurred through the use of the products ordered on the Website, irrespective of whether the products are used correctly or incorrectly by the Buyer or a third party. This exclusion applies to the extent permitted by law.
If a claim is made against the Company, the Company limits its liability for damages up to three times the market price of the product.
We strive to provide product descriptions and photographs that are as detailed and accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all product information and photographs are completely accurate. As some products may be purchased from several different suppliers, it is possible that there may be some differences in the appearance of the packaging or the product. These differences in no way influence the quality or functionality of the product.
- AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All items found on the website www.meparconditioning.pt with an indication of their existence in stock are available for order. The available items have a limited stock and in periods of high demand, stocks may change and the information available in the store may not be immediately updated, so they may become unavailable without notice. However, as we have a wide variety of products available, it is possible to find similar items that meet your needs and have the characteristics you want.
The articles marketed by Mep Ar Condicionado at www.meparcondicionado.pt are covered by the legal guarantee regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of May 21st.
- Returns for transport damage - If you detect any anomaly or damage caused by the transport of the item you ordered, you must notify our support line.
- WARRANTY
The warranty is valid only when the equipment is installed by a company certified under article 7(1) and article 13(1) of Decree-Law no. 145/2017, of 30 from November. When requesting assistance, the customer must present the gas card, issued by the installation company.
The guarantee is for three years, against proven manufacturing defects.
- RETURNS
Right of free resolution:
The consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the goods or the day on which he acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to proceed to the return of your order, and without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24/2014, of February 14th.
You can do so as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up. You can do it in the following way:

Note: Never send the item to Mep Ar Condicionado without prior contact with the Support Line ( 964 365 910 ).
The return conditions are as follows:
- Articles without signs of misuse;
- Return of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition;
Return Period: Up to the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery.
In the case of reimbursement of Paypal payments, the respective Paypal fee will be deducted.
- Responsibility
Mep Ar Condicionado is not responsible for damages resulting from any computer virus or any other situation to which it is unrelated and that prevent access and correct functioning of the domain www.meparconditioning.pt as well as the services made available therein.
Mep Ar Condicionado declines any responsibility for the selection of equipment by the customer in his order, informing that the customer should have the appropriate advice.
Mep Ar Condicionado is not responsible for the content and information on discounts and/or promotions on behalf of Mep Ar Condicionado outside the domain www. meparconditioning .pt.
